Circuit Bench Retirement: Harrow

His Honour Judge John Michael Harrow retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 5 January 2016.

His Honour Judge Harrow (69) was admitted as a Solicitor in 1969. He was appointed a part-time Chairman of the Appeals Service in 1986, Assistant Recorder in 1990, a Recorder in 1995 and District Chairman of the Appeals Service in 1996. He was appointed a Circuit Judge in 2003.
