Circuit Bench Retirement: Davies

Her Honour Judge Jacqueline Davies retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 6 August 2016.

Her Honour Judge Davies (68) was called to the Bar (M) in 1975 and elected as a Bencher (M) in 2004. She was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1986, a Recorder in 1991 and a Circuit Judge in 1993 and was appointed the Resident Judge for Doncaster in 2001. She was President of the Council of Her Majesty’s Circuit Judges in 2011. She was appointed a Legal Member of the Restricted Patients Panel (Mental Health Review Tribunal) in 2013.
