Circuit Bench Retirement: Curran QC

His Honour Judge Patrick David Curran QC retired as a Circuit Judge with effect from 3 March 2018.

Notes to editors 

His Honour Judge Curran QC (70) was called to the Bar (G) in 1972, took Silk in 1995 and elected a Bencher in 2005. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1988, Assistant Commissioner for the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for Wales from 1994 to 2007 and a Legal Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales in 1995. He was appointed a Recorder in 2003, a Circuit Judge in 2007 and authorised to sit as a Deputy High Court Judge (Queen’s Bench Division) in 2008.
