HM The Queen has appointed Nadine Elizabeth Finch to be a Salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Sullivan.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 7 April 2015, on a salaried part-time working basis (50%).

Nadine Elizabeth Finch, aged 64, will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Finch. She was called to the Bar (M) in 1991. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Immigration Judge of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (now known as Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2006.
