Appointment of a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal: Capper

The Senior President of Tribunals, The Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder, has appointed Surinder Kaur Capper to be a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber.

She will be based in London with effect from 29 January 2018.

Surinder Kaur Capper, aged 56, was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988. She was appointed as a fee-paid Legal Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal in 2002 and as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2011.
