Appointment as a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal: Haria

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder, has appointed Neeti Haria as a salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

She will be based in London with effect from 1 March 2018.

Neeti Haria, aged 55, was admitted as a Solicitor in 1989. She was appointed an Adjudicator of the Parking and Traffic Appeals Service in 1996, as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Property Chamber in 2000, as a Road User Charging Adjudicator in 2004 (fixed term), as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013 and as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2014, as a fee paid judicial office holder of the Court of Protection in 2015 (fixed term).
