The Rt. Hon. Sir Terence Etherton is The Chancellor of the High Court.
Sir Terence was born on 21st June 1951.
He was appointed The Chancellor of the High Court of England and Wales on 11th January 2013. He also holds the title of “Vice-President of the Court of Protection”.

High Court Judge – Chancery Division (2001-2008)

Fellow Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (1993)
Member – Bar Council (chairman young barristers’ committee) (1978-1981).
He was in practice at the Chancery Bar between 1975-2000 and Called to the Bar in 1974.
He is a Master of the Bench of Gray’s Inn.
