Statement from the Judicial Communications Office
On 18th January we advised that the transcripts from these hearings would be published, but that we had been asked by HM Coroner for Bedford and Luton, Mr David Morris to postpone publication at least until the opening day of inquests linked to the case, on 29th January.
Following a further request from the Coroner, the transcripts will not now be published until midday on Thursday 31 January, 2008. This follows an operational request to the Coroner from the Hertfordshire Police.
