Annual data showing the background of courts and tribunals judiciary by gender, ethnicity, profession and the total numbers in each role.
As some individuals hold more than one judicial post, the data is based upon primary appointment, i.e. the appointment held for the majority of time.
The 2012 statistics include data on tribunals judiciary for the first time.
